Peanut Butter
Hot Dogs
INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoons peanut butter

2 slices whole wheat bread

1 banana, peeled
DIRECTIONS
Spread a tablespoon of peanut
butter onto one side of each slice of bread. Break the banana into two pieces,
and place one half onto the center of each peanut buttered bread slice. Wrap the
bread around
each banana and enjoy!

asparagus
tips,
diagonally
cut

non-fat
yogurt

curry
powder

lemon
juice

salt

teaspoon

ground
pepper

2 cups
cooked
skinless,
boneless
chicken
breast,
chopped

1/2 cup
red bell
pepper,
seeded
and
chopped

1/4 cup
fresh
cilantro,
chopped

sliced
almonds,
toasted

spinach
leaves
DIRECTIONS
1. Steam
asparagus
for 2
minutes or
until
crisp-tender.
2. In a
medium bowl,
whisk
together the
yogurt,
curry, lemon
juice and
salt.
3. Add
asparagus,
chicken,
bell pepper,
cilantro and
almonds and
toss to
coat.
4. Serve on
fresh
spinach
leaves.
